Use of this website
These terms apply to the use of www.tcslines.com, operated by Transcontinental Shipping Lines L.L.C-FZ. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Quotes and bookings
Information on this website is general guidance. Rates, transit times and schedules are binding only when confirmed by TCSL in a written quotation or booking confirmation. All carriage is subject to the terms of the TCSL House Bill of Lading or transport document and our standard trading conditions, which prevail over this website.
Planning tools
The ETA and distance calculator, One Gateway, 3D load planner, route and CO₂ comparison, document checklist, corridor status and map figures are planning estimates. Distances, transit times, CO₂ values, container recommendations and document lists shown may differ from actual results. Always confirm customs and document requirements with TCSL and the authorities before shipping.
Tracking
Shipment status is updated by TCSL and may not reflect every movement in real time. Vessel positions come from AIS data supplied by third parties and can be delayed or incomplete.
AI assistant
The AI assistant gives automated answers that can be incomplete or wrong. It cannot make bookings, confirm rates or give legal or customs advice. Do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive data in the chat. A TCSL team member confirms every quote.
Customer portal
Portal access is personal to the customer company. Keep your login private and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. Documents and invoices in the portal are provided for your shipments and may not be altered.
Members marketplace
The container marketplace and the loads and trucks board are open to approved companies only. Members must post true, lawful and current information, may not post goods or services from or to sanctioned destinations, and are responsible for their own listings and deals. TCSL may review, change, hide or remove any listing and suspend any member. Deals between members are made directly between them unless TCSL is a party in writing.
Sanctions and prohibited cargo
TCSL does not accept shipments, listings or enquiries involving sanctioned countries, persons or goods, or any cargo prohibited by law.
Intellectual property
The TCSL name, logo, texts, designs and tools on this website belong to TCSL or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TCSL is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website information, planning tools, AI answers or third-party data, or from temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless your contract with TCSL states otherwise.
